7 habits to help you achieve your fitness goals in 2024

At the beginning of each year, our new year’s resolutions lists get filled. And we all get motivated to tackle new challenges and change our lives. 1. Always have a healthy breakfast

Breakfast is the first meal after the overnight fast and the most important of all. Actually, your mental and physical abilities during the day strongly depend on what you eat for breakfast .

A substantial and healthy breakfast allows you to:

  • Have all the energy you need for a significant part of the day
  • Have a balanced appetite
  • Avoid snacking during the day (mandatory habit for those who want to lose weight)

A healthy and balanced breakfast should contain:

  • Carbohydrates: fruits, honey, oatmeal ...
