Bench Press

Description :
The bench press is a strength training exercise that primarily targets the pectoral muscles. To perform the bench press, you lie on a weight bench with your feet firmly planted on the ground and your hands holding a barbell above your chest, arms extended. Then, lower the bar towards your chest by bending your elbows, and push it back up by extending your arms to return to the starting position. Make sure to keep your back straight and your shoulders pressed into the bench throughout the movement.
