You want to start fitness and yoga alone, at home ! FitYoga program is mainly for you. It’s a beginner friendly program that aims to restore and balance the body by developing strength, flexibility and mobility. No experience or equipment required, in the comfort of your home, to get you used to moving at your own pace.
