The sessions are mostly a combination of cardio and strength exercises that require NO MORE than two dumbbells.
You will train along with Maissaa, 3 times a week, to progressively increase your body resistance and effectively start your training journey.

Note: As a beginner, starting to train with light dumbbells (1kg/2kg) will help you master the movements. Afterwards, you can gradually increase the weights (starting from the 3rd week for exemple).
