Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized apple
- 100 ml of water
- 50g of oat flakes
- 200ml of low fat milk
- 1 Tbsp of cinnamon
- 1 Tsp of honey
Preparation steps
- 1. Peel the apples, remove the core, then cut them into thin slices
- 2.Heat a small saucepan over medium heat, put the apple slices and some cinnamon into it. Add 100 ml of water and let cook for about 5 minutes until you get tender apples
- 3. Boil milk in a second saucepan, then add the oatmeal while stirring. Afterwards, reduce heat and continue to stir until the resumption of boiling
- 4. In a bowl, put the porridge followed by the applesauce, add a little of honey and enjoy your breakfast !
