Ingredients

  • 30 cl of water
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • A juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 lemon
  • a few sprigs of lemon verbena

Preparation steps

  • 1. In a tall glass, combine the water, chia seeds, lemon juice, honey and salt
