cheese and cauliflower fritters

Ingredients
- 400 g de chou-fleur bouillé et écrasé
- 1 oignon finement haché
- Persil haché
- 30 g de chapelure
- 50 g de fromage (ricotta, mozzarella)
- 1 œuf
- 2 c à s huile d’olive
- un peu de sel, curcuma, poivre
Preparation steps
- 1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients: chou fleur, oignon, persil, chapelure, fromage et oeuf
- 2. Former des galettes avec les mains et mettez les dans un plateau
- 3. Étaler les galettes avec l’huile d’olive et enfournez les à 180°
- 4. Après la cuisson, laisser refroidir et bon appétit !
