This brioche is crafted with wholesome ingredients and provides a delightful combination of soft, buttery bread with rich chocolate. Ingredients
- 1 glass of warm low-fat milk
- 2 tbsp baker's yeast
- 1 box of yogurt
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of plain honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 3 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable butter
- 180 g white flour and 180 g semi-wholemeal flour
- a pinch of salt
- 30 g of crushed dark chocolate
Preparation steps
- 1. Pour the glass of milk into a container, then add the baker's yeast, the yogurt, the vanilla, the egg, the honey or the sugar, the salt, then the almond butter and the crushed chocolate and mix everything with a whip
- 2. Gently add the flour until you get a soft dough, let it rise in a bowl for up to 45 min. Then separate the dough into balls (about 14)
- 3. Put the balls of dough in a buttered baking pan
- 4. Whisk an egg and brush the top of the dough, to have a golden color then add more crushed chocolate on top
- 5. Put the baking pan in the oven at 180°C for about 30 to 40 min. Enjoy !
