Chocolate mousse

Ingredients

  • 200g of dark chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp of nut powder (almonds/hazelnuts)
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation steps

  • 1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath
  • 2. separate the white and the yolk of the 4 eggs
  • 3. Whip the egg whites in a kneader or using a mixer
  • 4. Pour the egg yolks over the melted chocolate and mix until smooth, then add the walnut powder
  • 5. Pour in the egg whites gently and mix from top to bottom
  • 6. Pour the mixture into mugs and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Enjoy !
