Crustless quiche

Ingredients

  • 80 g semi-whole wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g of cooked chicken pieces
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 can of natural tuna
  • fresh basil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation steps

  • 1. Mix flour with salt and pepper
  • 2. Beat the eggs with the silken tofu. Add the flour mixture and mix
  • 3. Cut the zucchini into very small cubes then add them to the mixture
  • 4. Add the drained tuna and mix. then a few chopped fresh basil leaves. Add some milk if the mixture is too thick
  • 5. Spread the mixture in a tart pan lined with baking paper
  • 6. Add some cherry tomatoes
  • 7. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes at 180°
  • 8. Leave to cool (preferably) and enjoy!
