Ingredients
- 4 tbsp of chia seeds
- 2 medium-sized figs
- 10g of homemade granola
- 30 cl of low fat milk
Preparation steps
- 1. Put chia seeds and milk ind a bowl and stir the mixture
- 2. Cover the bowl and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least two hours or preferably overnight
- 3. After you remove the bowl from the refrigerator, add a mashed fig, that you have to peel and discard the skin beforehand
- 4. Put the granola on top of your mixture with some fig pieces and enjoy your meal.
