Ingredients

  • Leaves of dioul
  • 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 100g cooked chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • ½ onion cut
  • Chopped Parsley
  • 1 green pepper, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp turmeric, paprika, black pepper
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil or melted vegetable margarine

Preparation steps

  • 2. Put one full spoon of the mixture in a leaf of dioul and roll it up, prepare the others and put them in a tray
