Ingredients

  • 1 glass of oatmeal
  • ½ cup of quinoa (optional)
  • 5 dates
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 50 g of hazelnuts and almonds
  • 1 handful of dried grapes
  • 1 tbsp of chia grains
  • 30 g of peanut butter

Preparation steps

  • 1. Heat oven to 180°C
  • 2. Butter and flour a tray
  • 3. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
  • 4. Spread your preparation in the buttered tray
  • 5. Bake for 20 minutes until the mixture is lightly golden
