Ingredients
- 100 g of pasta
- 100 g of sliced chicken
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- ½ medium-sized grated onion
- Spices (Salt, Ras el hanout )
- 1 pinch of dried basil
- Grated garlic clove
- 2 drops of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of fresh cream ( Low fat milk )
Preparation steps
- 1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions
- 2. Heat a frying pan with a bit of olive oil, overs medium heat
- 3. Once the oil heated, put the cut chicken and cook it until it obtains a golden coloration (for about 2 to 3 minutes)
- 4. Reduce the heat, add onion, garlic, spices, lemon and basil and stir for 5 minutes
- 5. Add the chicken to the pan ingredients and let cook for 5 minutes
- 6. Add the fresh cream or milk
- 7. Put your pasta ion a plate with the chicken beside, and Enjoy dinner!
