Ingredients

  • 100 g of pasta
  • 100 g of sliced chicken
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • ½ medium-sized grated onion
  • Spices (Salt, Ras el hanout )
  • 1 pinch of dried basil
  • Grated garlic clove
  • 2 drops of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of fresh cream ( Low fat milk )

Preparation steps

  • 1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions
  • 2. Heat a frying pan with a bit of olive oil, overs medium heat
  • 3. Once the oil heated, put the cut chicken and cook it until it obtains a golden coloration (for about 2 to 3 minutes)
  • 4. Reduce the heat, add onion, garlic, spices, lemon and basil and stir for 5 minutes
  • 5. Add the chicken to the pan ingredients and let cook for 5 minutes
  • 6. Add the fresh cream or milk
