Ingredients

  • 30 g of oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp of wholemeal flour (or semi wholemeal)
  • ½ packet of baking powder
  • 2 to 3 tbsp of low fat milk
  • 1 tbsp of dark cocoa
  • 10 g of dark chocolate

Preparation steps

  • 1. In a bowl put the oatmeal with one egg, milk, cocoa, baking powder and flour
  • 2. Mix the preparation with a fork or in a blender to obtain a creamy texture
  • 3. Heat a pan over medium heat
  • 4.Butter the hot pan, and then pour small amounts of the mixture with a tablespoon and cook your mini pancakes for 2 to 3 minutes on each side
  • 5.To serve, put your mini pancakes in a plate, pour a bit of melted dark chocolate on it and enjoy!
