My homemade Burger

Ingredients
- ¼ of a thinly sliced onion
- 1 Tbsp of olive oil
- 90 g of lean beef ground steak
- 15 g of low fat cheddar cheese
- ¼ medium-sized tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 large lettuce leaf
- For the dough:
- 400 g of semi whole wheat , 100 g of oatmeal flour , ½ tbsp of baker's yeast , ½ packet of baking powder , 2 tbsp of olive oil, a pinch of salt , ½ tbsp of milk powder , seeds (chia , lin , sesame) , warm water
Preparation steps
- 1. Start by mixing the dry ingredients together, then add the others and begin to knead into a dough. Let it rest at room temperature 2 to 3 hours. Then form the dough into balls and let rest for 20 other minutes
- 2. Bake the rested dough for 30 minutes
- 3. Put the sliced onion in a frying pan sprayed with olive oil, cook for 4 to 5 minutes, then remove it and add the ground beef. Let cook the both sides for 4 to 5 minutes
- 4. Cut the burger bun, and put in layers the cheese, the ground steak, tomato, onion and lettuce. And enjoy your healthy burger!
