- 200 g minced meat
- ½ onion
- olive oil

Preparation steps
- 1. Cut the aubergine in half lengthwise, remove the flesh, spread it with olive oil and sprinkle with salt
- 2. Cut the aubergine flesh into small pieces and cook for 2 to 3 minutes in a hot pan, while stirring well
- 3. In a bowl put the minced meat, onion, grated garlic, aubergine flesh, spices and mix everything
- 4. Place the cut aubergine slices in a baking pan and fill them with the minced meat mixture
- 5. Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes
- 6. Put the aubergine on a plate and enjoy!
