Dried fruits

Dried fruits, such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, and cashews, are nutrient-rich snacks with numerous health benefits. They are high in healthy fats that support cardiovascular health, and plant-based proteins that are essential for muscle growth and satiety. They also provide important vitamins and minerals, like vitamin E, an antioxidant, and magnesium, which helps maintain healthy bones. Dried fruits contain dietary fiber that promotes healthy digestion and helps regulate blood sugar levels. Although they are calorie-dense, moderate consumption can enrich your diet with nutrients while offering a crunchy texture and delightful flavor. Enjoy them on their own, added to salads, cereals, or incorporated into baking recipes.
