Ingredients
- 1 Whole wheat tortilla
- 150 g of cut chicken
- ¼ of a cut pepper
- 1 lettuce leaf
- ¼ of a cut cucumber
- ¼ of a cut onion
- ¼ of a grated carrot
- 15 g of low fat cheese
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- For the houmous :
- 240 g of cooked chickpeas ,1 tbsp of lemon juice , 1 tbsp of olive oil ,2 tbsp of water ,½ tbsp of paprika ,½ tbsp of cumin , one clove of garlic ,a pinch of salt
Preparation steps
- 1. To prepare the Houmous, you need to blend the cooked chickpea,lemon juice, garlic, spices with some water, then gradually add olive oil until you obtain a creamy homogeneous mixture
- 2. Cook the chicken in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil, for about 5 to 6 minutes
- 3. Cut onion and pepper vertically and add them to cook with the chicken for 2 minutes
- 4. Spread the hummus on the tortilla, and add a lettuce leaf, chicken, cheese, peppers, chopped cucumber, and grated carrot
- 5. Roll up the tortilla and enjoy!
