Ingredients
- A puff pastry
- Chopped fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Natural tuna
- 6 eggs
- Pepper and salt
- 3 tbsp of low-fat milk
- 2 to 3 spoons of semi-wholemeal flour
- 30 g of low-fat cheese (mozzarella, ricotta, etc.)
Preparation steps
- 1. In a saucepan, put the chopped spinach with olive oil and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, then season with salt and pepper
- 2. In a container, mix the eggs, the milk then add the flour
- 3. Spread the puff pastry on a round baking pan, add tuna, cooked spinach, then the preparation of eggs and cheese
- 4. Bake the quiche in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes
- 5. Serve a slice of quiche on a plate and enjoy!
